aplicaci\u00f3, existeix un r\u00e8gim disciplinari a trav\u00e9s del qual les empreses tenen la potestat per interposar sancions als treballadors, sempre que es produeixin algun dels fets tipificats en aquests textos. Si \u00e9s aquest el teu cas i l&#8217;empresa t&#8217;ha imposat una sanci\u00f3, has d&#8217;acudir sense demora al teu advocat laboralista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu recull diferents fets que poden ser sancionats, amb diferents qualificacions, inclusivament amb diversos procediments, que l&#8217;empresa i el treballador han de seguir davant d&#8217;aquests fets, per la qual cosa \u00e9s essencial que sol\u00b7licitis ajuda al teu advocat expert laboralista en sancions, qui t&#8217;assessorar\u00e0 i s&#8217;encarregar\u00e0 de tota la teva defensa enfront de l&#8217;empresa des del moment en qu\u00e8 es produeix la sanci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els fets que s&#8217; imputen a un treballador i que donen lloc a una sanci\u00f3, poden ser qualificats com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faltes lleus<\/li>\n<li>Faltes greus<\/li>\n<li>Faltes molt greus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada tipus de falta, al seu torn, t\u00e9 associades unes sancions concretes, que poden anar des d&#8217; una mera amonestaci\u00f3 per escrit o verbal en el cas de les faltes lleus, passant per suspensions de sou i feina de diversos dies, en atenci\u00f3 a la qualificaci\u00f3 de la falta, aix\u00ed com altres sancions espec\u00edfiques de cada Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu,\u00a0 fins i tot l&#8217; acomiadament per als casos de faltes molt greus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Independentment del tipus de sanci\u00f3 que existeixi, fins i tot en els casos de les menors sancions, com pot ser una amonestaci\u00f3 per escrit o verbal, \u00e9s important que reclamis contra la mateixa i et posis en les mans del teu advocat, ja que, de no fer-ho, implica la seva acceptaci\u00f3 i pot ser emprat en un moment posterior per imposar una sanci\u00f3 molt m\u00e9s greu per reincid\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reclamaci\u00f3 davant de qualsevol sanci\u00f3 pot tenir la seva base en dos aspectes diferenciats, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de possibles defectes formals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">La no acceptaci\u00f3 dels fets que s&#8217; imputen a la sanci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La no acceptaci\u00f3 de la qualificaci\u00f3 de la falta i de la sanci\u00f3. \u00c9s a dir, es produeix en els casos en qu\u00e8 el treballador accepta que s&#8217; ha produ\u00eft el fet descrit, per\u00f2 no ho considera amb la suficient gravetat com perqu\u00e8 se li imposi una sanci\u00f3 concreta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especialment important \u00e9s que acudeixis al teu advocat laboralista especialitzat en sancions tan aviat com sigui possible, ja que tan sols hi ha un termini de 20 dies h\u00e0bils per poder reclamar contra la sanci\u00f3 imposada.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;
